Paneer Burji


Paneer Burji
Paneer burji is a quick and easy to make recipe.This is a recipe from my friend. I loved it and was worth sharing with my blogger friends.

Cooking time :15 minutes

Servers-4


Paneer-cut into small cubes(2 cups)

Onion- 2 Medium size

Tomato-2 medium sized, finely chopped

Jeera- 1/s tspn

Turmeric powder-  a pinch

Coriander powder- 2 tspn

Chilli powder- ½ tspn

Green chillies- 3

Ginger garlic paste- 1 tspn

Coriander leaves- to garnish

Extra virgin olive oil-  1 tblspn

Salt to taste

Method Of Preparation:

Heat oil in a pan and add the jeer to it. When they splutter add the onion and tomatoe and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add salt, green chlllies, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and cook well.

Add cut paneer cubes into it and cook for 8-10 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
