Naadan Mathi(Sardine) Fry

Cooking time- 10 minutes
Serves-4

Ingredients:
Neatly cleaned sardines-  8
Chilli powder- 1tspn
Turmeric powder- a pinch
Coriander powder- 1 tspn
Garlic paste- 1tspn
Salt to taste
Coconut oil-  to fry
Curry leaves-  1 stem

Method of Preparation:
Marinate the fish pieces with chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garlic paste and salt and keep aside for 30 minutes(the more the better).
Heat oil in a kadai and add the marinated fish pieces to it.Add the curry leaves in the middle of frying.Fry the fish till the fish gets cooked by turning each side.
Serve hot.
