20 minute Chicken 65



Cooking time : 20 minutes
Serves : 6

Ingredients :


Chicken- 1kg(small boneless pieces)
Yoghurt- 1 cup
Chilli Powder - 2 tblspn
Tomato Paste - 1 tin
Butter- 3 tblspn
Green Chillies - 6
Curry leaves - 2 stem
Refined oil for frying
Salt to taste


Method of Preparation :
1. Mix the chicken pieces with yoghurt and chilli powder and salt and marinate for 45-60 minutes. Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces.
2. In a frying pan saute the curry leaves and green chillies in butter for 5 minutes.
4. Add the fried chicken pieces to it.
5. Add the tomato paste and saute for around 5 minutes.
6.Yummy yummy chicken 65 is ready.

Tandoori Chicken Curry and A lovely Award...


Cooking time : 25 minutes
Serves : 4

Ingredients

Chicken - 500gm(small pieces)
Onion - 1
Tomato -1
Chilli powder - 2 tspn
Chicken tandoori paste - 1 tblspn
Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tspn
Refined oil - 3 tbslpn
Salt to taste

Method of Preparation

1.Heat oil in a pan and add the onions,tomatoes,ginger garlic paste and salt and saute well.
2.Add the chicken pieces, chilli powder and tandoori paste and cook till chicken becomes tender.
3.Your tandoori chicken curry is ready to serve.
